Meta Sales AI helps merchants automate social-commerce conversations. You remain responsible for your products, claims, prices, fulfillment, and compliance.
Managed Page access
During the private launch, you authorize our named operator profile inside Facebook and request activation. Grant only the tasks needed for messages, comments, content, and linked Instagram; full control is not required. You must own or be authorized to manage every Page you submit. You may remove access in Facebook at any time, which stops the service.
Subscriptions
A subscription covers one Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account for 30 days. Limits are enforced per Page Bundle. Payment is approved manually.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. We may suspend unsafe automation or compromised connections.
Availability
Meta and AI provider availability, permissions, and policy enforcement can affect service. We maintain safeguards and monitoring but do not promise uninterrupted third-party APIs.
